1891 Financial Life is a fraternal benefit society headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. Its history starts in 1891, when a group of women created a mutual-aid society that became the Women's Catholic Order of Foresters; the State of Illinois granted its charter in 1894. Men were admitted from 1958, the organization was renamed the National Catholic Society of Foresters in 1966, and it adopted the 1891 Financial Life name in 2021.
