About BB Seguridade
BB Seguridade Participações S.A. is a holding company controlled by Banco do Brasil, incorporated on December 20, 2012. Its shares trade on the Novo Mercado segment of B3 under the code BBSE3, and its ADRs trade over the counter in the United States as BBSEY. The company is headquartered in the Banco do Brasil building in Brasília.
Group structure
BB Seguridade has two wholly owned subsidiaries. BB Seguros holds stakes, with private partners, in BB MAPFRE (and through it Brasilseg and Aliança do Brasil Seguros), Brasilprev (pension plans), Brasilcap (capitalization bonds) and Brasildental. BB Corretora is the broker that sells insurance, pension, capitalization and dental products, mainly through Banco do Brasil's branch network.
Products
Through its investees the group offers life, home, rural and agricultural, motor and business insurance, private pension plans, capitalization bonds and dental plans.
