Donegal Insurance Group combines Donegal Mutual Insurance Company, organized as a mutual fire insurer in Pennsylvania in 1889, and Donegal Group Inc. (Nasdaq: DGICA and DGICB), an insurance holding company that Donegal Mutual formed in 1986. At the end of 2025 Donegal Mutual held about 44% of the Class A and 85% of the Class B shares. Headquarters: 1195 River Road, Marietta, Pennsylvania.
