Global Atlantic is the marketing name for The Global Atlantic Financial Group LLC and its subsidiaries. The company was created in 2004 and pairs institutional risk management with a retail focus. It became a majority-owned subsidiary of KKR on February 1, 2021, and today describes itself as a wholly owned subsidiary of KKR, with operations in the U.S. and Bermuda.
