About Humana
Humana Inc. is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, and was organized as a Delaware corporation in 1964. The company has two segments: Insurance and CenterWell, its health care services business that includes primary care, home health and pharmacy operations.

- Medicare Advantage and standalone Medicare prescription drug plans — the core of the business.
- Medicaid plans in selected states.
- Dental, vision, life and disability benefits for employer groups, plus individual dental and vision plans.
- Administrative services under TRICARE contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense.
In 2025, about 83% of its premiums and services revenue came from contracts with the federal government. As of December 31, 2025, Humana had approximately 15 million members in its medical benefit plans and about 4.7 million in specialty products.
