About Suncorp

Suncorp has been insuring Australian customers since 1902 and describes itself as proudly Queensland, part of the Suncorp Group. General insurance products under the Suncorp Insurance brand are issued by AAI Limited. Suncorp Bank is no longer part of the group: it is now part of the ANZ Group.

Products

Suncorp Insurance covers home and contents, building only, contents only, landlord, renters and strata insurance; comprehensive and third-party car insurance, roadside assist, Queensland CTP, motorcycle, caravan, motorhome and boat insurance; and business and barristers' insurance. Suncorp-branded health insurance is issued by nib health funds and marketed by a Suncorp Group company.

Service

Customers can manage policies, renewals, payments and claims through My Suncorp and the Suncorp Insurance app, including in-app messaging. Translator and hearing-impaired services are available.
